At the heart of the NORDIC SLOPE® series are our innovative roof brackets, constructed from a special carbon steel alloy and protected by our exclusive JISCO® coating. This cutting-edge zink-aluminum-magnesium alloy coating, applied through a hot-dip galvanizing method, offers unparalleled corrosion resistance—triple the durability of standard galvanized steel.

Our profiles and extension connectors are crafted from a special aluminum alloy, ensuring each connector perfectly aligns at the junction’s center for enhanced load-bearing efficiency. Coated with the electrophoresis method, our clamps boast a durable finish and are engineered with unique features to simplify the installation process.

From the spring-assisted clamp that facilitates panel insertion to the middle clamp’s stoppers that prevent anchor-wedge loss during adjustment, every element is designed with precision.

Roof Brackets

Moisolar NORDIC SLOPE® roof brackets are made of special carbon steel alloy with patented JISCO® coating. In JISCO® method, the steel is coated with zink-aluminum-magnesium alloy coat, with hot dip galvanizing method. This alloy coating provides extra durable corrosion resistance, which is approximately 3 times better than the normal galvanised steel.

Profiles & Clamps

Moisolar profiles and extension connectors are made of special aluminum alloy. Profiles and extension connectors are designed in a way that the connector is always in the middle of junction. This gives better load bearing for connection point.

Moisolar clamps are coated with electrophoresis method to provide durable coating. Clamps are equipped with special features to make installation process easier. The spring between the body and anchor-wedge keeps the clamp up, so it is easy to slide the panel under it. Middle clamp body has stoppers to hold the anchor-wedge from falling out in case if the bolt is opened too much. All the clamps have grounding pins.

Accessories

Moisolar aluminum profile is connected to the roof brackets with the special set of T-bolt and nut. T-bolt has a hammer shaped head, which easily slides through the roof bracket into the grove on aluminum profile. When the nut is tightened, the hammer head of the bolt will firmly lock to the aluminum profile. T-bolt and the nut are made of stainless steel AISI 304.
